The mission of Sioux City Community Assistance is to provide outreach to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, eliminating barriers to housing, make the transition into housing sustainable and long lasting, and provide case management, all in partnership with the City of Sioux City Street Outreach and Rapid Rehousing Programs.
